Frequently Asked Questions

What is a keepsake urn used for?

A keepsake urn holds a small portion of ashes, here 4 cubic inches. Families use them to share remains among siblings or children, or to keep a part at home after a burial or scattering.

How do I fill a keepsake urn?

Open the lid or base, then use a small spoon or funnel to transfer a portion of ashes from the main urn over a sheet of paper. A little clear adhesive on the threads or lid will seal it permanently.

How should I clean the Purple Gleaming Brass keepsake?

A soft microfiber cloth is all it needs. Skip polishes and household cleaners, and keep it away from damp areas.

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders placed by 1:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. For engraved orders, the engraving proof needs to be approved by 1:00 PM CST to ship that day. Orders completed after the cutoff ship the next business day. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
